Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding for all ticket purchases.
- No exchange of tickets will be made 21 days prior to the event. Due to our low cost and not for profit model, everything is budgeted for closely. Having a clear view of our budget 3 weeks before every event is essential for our planning. We do not have a profit margin on any event tickets.
- Prior to the 21 days before the event (the event day includes any hour that day and the 21 days prior is the day before, 00:00 Irish Time, e.g. Event is held on 21st October at any time, means last day for refund is September 30th).
- All refunds incur a refund administration and credit/debit card fee of €1.50 for tickets under €20, and €4.00 for tickets under €100.
- Student IDs (and others where applicable) must be shown to obtain discounts (where applicable) and upon admission.
- For larger events, latecomers cannot be admitted until a suitable break during the speakers presentations etc.
- The Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
- We may add, withdraw or substitute artists, speakers and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
- OMiG may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
- The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
- Information is collected from those registering with OMiG in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
