Online Marketing in Galway are pleased to welcome along JP McMahon, Owner and Chef, EAT Galway and Olivia Collins, Owner, Food PR and Marketing to this month’s very special OMiG meet up. 

The Seminar entitled ‘Shhhh… Don’t Tell Anyone’ The Cheaters Guide to PR with Insider Tips on using Online Marketing to Get Media Attention’ will be led by Olivia Collins from Food PR and Marketing, the night will be finished off with a talk from restaurateur and keen social media user JP McMahon talking about his’Using Social Media Effectively With the success JP has had in Galway in the last few years, OMiG were keen to have him talk at one of our events.

Olivia Collins set up Those Two Girls PR ten years ago in Galway, in that time  she has worked worked with businesses of all types from fashion houses to engineers in building their media profile and marketing campaigns. She was runner-up in Galway’s Ernest and Young Business Person of the Year, cited by Business & Finance ‘Ones To Watch’ and ranked in the Top Business Women in Ireland. Olivia expanded her agency by launching Food PR in 2012  – Ireland’s only dedicated PR company for food-based business. She has worked with Bord Bia, Irish Times Training plus many award-winning nationwide food producers and restaurants. 

Olivia will give insider information on how to get your business some media coverage, while also alerting audience to the pitfalls to avoid. With input from some of Ireland’s leading journalists this is one you will not want to miss whether you are in hospitality or not.
