Paying For Back-links? - Personally I don't think this is good

Just seen this ad on Facebook, this is not a great long term solution for your Search Engine Optimisation (S.E.O) Strategy - it might at first give you an inflated boost on your Google/Yahoo/Bing rankings but in the long run the search engines are smart enough to look for quality back-links Vs irrelevant and paid for bank-links. At times such techniques can penalise your rankings and search engines are improving their algorithms daily. Ever hear of sandboxing or the Google sandbox? If not check it out... Think of you site as your CV, you don't want useless references on it, potential employees will not value them!
